What happens after you submit the checkup
- A person reads it. Not a routing algorithm. Someone on our team reviews your answers, opens any report or photos you attached and looks at what you are actually describing.
- We follow up if something is unclear. Scope, timing and who is authorized to request work are the three things that most often need a quick clarification. A short email or call usually settles it.
- We classify the opportunity. Is this a documented project with a real deadline, an early-stage opportunity, or someone gathering information? That determines whether an introduction makes sense at all right now.
- We look for an appropriate specialist. Coverage area, property type experience, project size and current capacity all matter. If we do not have a good match for your location and project, we will tell you rather than hand you to whoever is available.
- We ask that specialist to accept the project first. They see an anonymized summary of the property, problem, scope and timing before any contact information changes hands.
- We make the introduction. One provider, introduced directly, with the context already explained so you are not starting the story over.

What it costs you
Nothing. The checkup and the review are free to property owners, managers and facility teams. Participating specialists pay us a referral fee when they accept a qualified project. You are never invoiced by MyPropertyInfo and you are never under any obligation to hire the specialist we introduce.
How your information is shared
By requesting a contractor match, you authorize MyPropertyInfo to share the project and contact information you provided with one participating firestop specialist we believe may be appropriate for your request. That provider may contact you regarding your project. MyPropertyInfo may receive compensation from participating providers.
